HX5 is currently seeking an IT Automation/Visualization Specialist to support the training program for the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishing and collecting metrics and data to monitor and validate cyber workforce readiness including personnel training/qualification as well as duty position vacancies
• Assisting with automation of training and educational technical documentation, records management, research and tracking
• Correlating training/learning to acquisition processes' cyber requirements
• Monitoring and reporting cyber career paths progression, deliberate development, and growth within and between cyber career fields of CROWS personnel
• Tracking and providing data visualization summary reporting/briefings of CROWS progress onboarding new personnel
• Managing, tracking and reporting training and education requirements using automation/visualization tools
• On-site work is preferred, but telework may be authorized.

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD
• Experience with automation/visualization using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau or similar applications

Desired:

• Experience with automating using Power BI, Tableau or other products is desired
• On-site work is preferred, but telework may be authorized

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
