Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and utensils
- Uphold hospitality standards by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
- Build positive guest relations by providing attentive and friendly customer service
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting is required
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
