We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budget management, and forecasting. The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, analyzing trends, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
