The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting products manufactured to validate adherence to quality procedures and standards. The Quality Assurance Technician investigates nonconforming material, leads the team through root cause and corrective action activities to prevent future occurrences, and presents findings to vendors and production lines. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will work in teams to define and implement robust process controls/error proofing solutions that ensure product conforms to specification and performance standards, as well as training manufacturing personnel to uphold company quality standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• 2-5 years quality/manufacturing experience in a non-electronics setting
• Able to use of inspection and measuring equipment and read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, tolerances, and process improvement
• Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and aptitude for process improvement

We are offering $19.00-$21.00, operating on 1st shift 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday, plus overtime.
