A HVAC Installation and repair facility is seeking a Staff Accountant.

Duties:

-Process all invoices and input them into the system

-Edit construction contracts and keep deadlines in order.

-Job Costing from the billing side- making sure all costs are picked up by PM’s.

-Service based collections- mostly if there is an issue, it’s a friendly call.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least a year of COINS experience (HVAC ERP)
• 2 years in HVAC Accounting or Bookkeeping
