What you will be doing

We are searching for energetic baristas to join our opening team- no experience necessary! The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry, and enjoys working with people.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that is welcoming and engaging.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, making and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages, speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers, maintaining a clean and sanitized work station, following health and safety guidelines, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and / or holidays.

This job requires ability to perform the following : regularly required to talk , hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One to three months in related experience and / or training.
