HVAC Distributors is hiring immediately for our Branch Management Trainee Program. This is a unique opportunity for anyone with a passion for sales, customer service, or operations management to start their career as a Branch Manager Trainee. This position is based in Pittsburgh and offers a salary of up to $56k and excellent benefits.

The Branch Manager Trainee Program will prepare you to take on a challenging and rewarding career in the Wholesale HVAC Industry.

You will start learning the business, products, and tools we use at our Pittsburg branch. During your one-year training program, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to successfully run your own branch.

To apply for this Branch Manager Trainee position, you will need a Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Management/Supervisory/Leadership. You will also need to be willing to relocate to any of the locations in our region (PA, NY, VA, DE, or MD). Occasional overnight travel may be required.

You'll receive a salary of $54,000 to $56,000 for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
