Gift Shop Resort Attendant:

The Gift Shop Resort Attendant is responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous service of guests, collecting payments, and for meeting other guests needs during their stay in our vintage airstream.  Other duties include maintaining gift shop inventory, stocking shelves and ensuring cleanliness of work and storage areas.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting & thanking guests in a sincere and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service as you support the Airstream Sundry in day-to-day operation
• Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience.
• Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience.
• Posting charges to appropriate accounts
• Performing duties on a daily checklist
• Passing information within departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicating with guests and ensuring their needs are met.

Job Requirements:

If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you:

• A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Prior customer service or retail experience.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.

• Ability to follow instructions.
