Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Full-time Near Port Saint Lucie, FL
Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa is the Treasure Coast of Florida's is our premier resort for family vacations, meetings, corporate retreats, oceanfront weddings, and spa getaways. Our unique property offers 178 oceanfront room accommodations with coastal-inspired decor, private balconies, as well as exceptional resort amenities including a signature spa, two outdoor pools, oceanfront dining and more.
Our Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact with our guests, and works to assist guests to ensure an outstanding experience during their stay.
Daily activities of our Hotel Front Desk Agents include task such as:
- Guest check-in and check-out.
- Operates switchboard and directs calls based on needs of the guest
- Responds to special requests from guests and follows up to ensure satisfaction
- Provides information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Assists with transportation requests for our guests
As a representative of the hotel, a successful Hotel Front Desk Agent will have a passion for promoting an enjoyable experience to exceed our guests expectations and will be dynamic, friendly, helpful, team-oriented and professional at all times; will possess excellent oral and written communication and computer skills; will focus on attention to detail and follow-through; and will be able to multi-task and handle busy situations with grace.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but customer service experience in some capacity is required for our Front Desk Agents.Friday, Saturday and Sundays are required.
