The Front Desk Supervisor reports to the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations. Daily activities to include:

• Supervise all Front Desk Agents, Bellpersons, Night Audit, and Security Guards.
• Respond to guest’s special requests and concerns and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Must have weekend and holiday availability
