```Duties```

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility

-Paint, Caulking, Minor plumbing, Minor Drywall repair, Light electrical work

- Must be able to work outside & inside, Cleaning parking lot, Collecting garbage, Cleaning Beach and Monitering dock and pool area.

- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner

- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions

- Utilize Quore (will teach) to track work orders and document repairs

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed repairs

-Monitor Pool and Spa levels (CPO certification a plus)

-Inspection & Correction of interior and exterior lighting fixtures and furnishings.

-Respond to all guest/staff concerns courteously and professionally.

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

-Able to work independently with little supervision.

- communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

- Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairing, painting, yard work etc...

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically when addressing equipment malfunctions

-Must be able to stand long period of time and able to lift a minimum 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
