A Disassembly Tech with Hutch Auto Body is your foot in the door with a growing company. In this role we train technicians in house. Our team based process allows entry level technicians to work side by side with A-techs in order to gain valuable industry knowledge and advance. You will disassemble damaged vehicles with the intent to identify damage and learn how a car is constructed and engineered. You will work within a team, to continue to teach, learn, and motivate each other toward a quality repair.

A Hutch Auto Body Disassembly Tech will possess the following:

• Consistent and on time work attendance
• Ability to work with tools and hands
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills
• Car knowledge tool knowledge preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to multiple vehicle brands
• Attention to detail

• Motivated pace
• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm schedule
• You must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
