We are a very busy and quickly growing company seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, experienced individual to handle management, daily operations, and maintenance for one of our manufactured home communities located in Grand Coulee, Washington. The candidate we are looking for will be a: self-thinker, self-starter, someone who works well as a team and on their own. Must be able to: stay on track, multitask, prioritize, communicate/ problem-solve with tenants and with the main office.
*Our manager will be expected to follow the same rules and regulations as our tenants, including our pet policy. Two pets per home and 40 lbs. or under.
- Qualifications:
Computer literate - prior experience with excel, word, and outlook, assertive, confident, a positive can-do attitude, clean and organized, problem solver, self-thinker, self-starter, friendly, must be able to handle stressful situations and be versatile enough to handle multi-tasking. MUST be able to work with a team. Bilingual is a plus.
This position is ideal for the candidate looking for stable and long-term employment.

Monthly compensation will be discussed during the interview.
*Job duties include but are not limited to:*
- Management & Maintenance:
-Maintenance and upkeep of the community is required.
-Physically examine the property on a regular basis while maintaining curb appeal, keeping lawns mowed, free of garbage, etc.
-Check on repairs or updates to community and equipment, assisting construction crew when needed.
-Monitor and document water tracking, irrigation systems, meter logs.
-Receive and resolve resident complaints.
- Administrative:
-Collection of tenant rent, make deposits, and track all property expenses.
-Enforce all rules and regulations established by the community.
-Inputting meter data into monthly reports and communicating with main office personnel regularly.
-Delivering notices to tenants
