Hurst Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an outgoing, warm and friendly front desk staff. Previous dental experience is a must. The ideal candidate should be organized and attentive to details, and should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5pm with an hour lunch break. We offer competitive pay. Exact wages negotiable based on experience.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients and their families;
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and insurance verification;
• Presenting treatment plans;
• Ensuring the office remains clean and organized;
• Maintaining doctor’s schedule and patient flow with a goal of little to no patient wait time, while maintaining time flexibility for patients;
• Behaving in a professional and respectful manner at all times while in our office;
• Being present, engaged and ready to work at all assigned shift times; and
• Maintaining patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance and following our practice’s safety policies and procedures.
