Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm, is looking for a motivated Associate Attorney (Non-litigation) for our Davenport office.

Our Associate Attorneys support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings
  • Legal Research
  • Brief Writing
  • Screening Potential Clients
  • Trial Preparation
  • Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree and are licensed by the Iowa State Bar
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Innovative problem resolution
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
