As a Service Writer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle repair needs, and communicating effectively with technicians to ensure prompt and accurate service. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and automotive knowledge will contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsiblities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their automotive service needs.
• Consult with customers to explain necessary repairs, maintenance, and associated costs in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.
• Schedule service appointments, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns, repair instructions, and any additional information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history in the shop's database.
• Coordinate with parts suppliers to procure necessary components and ensure timely availability for repairs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed services and address any additional concerns or questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
