The Huntington Learning Center is in search of a motivated, mature, flexible, professional for a full-time management position, that is READY TO CHANGE LIVES!!
This is the perfect position for a teacher that is looking to contribute in a non-traditional classroom setting!
The Huntington Learning Center provides individualized instruction in reading, math, writing, and study skills, as well as SAT/ACT Prep. Many of the students that we work with have fallen behind in a traditional classroom environment. They come to us to fix skill gaps and get them back on track educationally AND emotionally. We believe that when you build skills, you build confidence, and when you build confidence you build motivation! We help our students feel TRUE success!
Responsibilities:
This is the perfect position for a teacher that is looking to contribute in a non-traditional classroom setting!

Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Assessing students.
- Monitoring and managing students' progress.
- Recruiting.
- Training.
- Managing a teaching staff, as well as managing the overall financial and operational development of the Center to ensure that all students are receiving the best education possible.
Qualifications:
- Must have a 4-year degree in the relevant field to qualify.
- A teaching background and certificate are a plus.
- At least 2 years of education, marketing, and/or sales experience are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment that requires high levels of self-motivation!
- MUST be able to work evenings and Saturday mornings - You must live within a 20-minute commute from Perry Hall, Maryland. This is non-negotiable.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
