Job Responsibilities:

• Managing part-time teaching staff and administrative tasks
• Working closely with students and parents: teaching and assisting new students and meeting with parents to discuss their students’ educational needs.
• Scheduling teachers and students
• Administering academic evaluations

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Teaching/Tutoring experiences a plus.
• Experience and success in education sales or retail service industries with strong leadership, motivation, customer service and communication skills.
• Able to handle customer concerns in a calm and positive manner.
• Effective management skills in a changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals.
• Detail-oriented organizational and multi-tasking ability.
