Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students and staff
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support the growth of the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Evenings and Saturday availability is a must
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal skills/customer service
- Background in Educational operations is required
- Sales & Marketing experience preferred
