Huntington Learning Center of Omaha is Hiring an Assistant Manager (Evenings) Near Omaha, NE
- Managing administrative tasks and teaching staff.
- Monitoring and maintaining daily center activity.
- Working closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students.
- Scheduling teachers and students for sessions, as well as appointments for parent conferences.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Participating in local marketing activities.
- Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision, self-starter.
- A thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset.
- Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented (precise and reliable).
- Maintains a cool head under pressure, a confident, discrete, easy-going personality.
- Able to get work done quickly, and efficiently & manage deadlines.
- Take marketing and lead-generating initiatives.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- An enthusiastic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
- Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a student's time at Huntington is memorable.

- Hours are: Mon-Thurs 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and some Saturdays from 9-1.
