We are hiring part-time for immediate openings for the following positions:
  • BILINGUAL (SPANISH) CERTIFIED TEACHERS/OTHER PROFESSIONALS – LEARNING CENTER (ELEMENTARY, and SECONDARY TEACHERS) that can instruct (in English and Spanish) in READING, WRITING, MATHEMATICS, STUDY SKILLS, PHONICS, VOCABULARY, & SCIENCE. Teaching Certification is strongly preferred.
  •  MATH & SCIENCE PROFESSIONALS (concentration in one of the subject areas listed below) – EXAM PREP (ACT/SAT)/SUBJECT TUTORING that can instruct students in the following subject areas: MATH – ALGEBRA 1 and 2, STATISTICS, TRIGONOMETRY, GEOMETRY, PRE-CALCULUS, and CALCULUS. SCIENCE – EARTH SCIENCE, BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS. 4-year college degree. If you are a qualified, caring, and dedicated teaching professional, interested in spending your time working directly with students, we'll give you the opportunity to do what you love to do - TEACH! At Huntington, there will be no lesson plans to write or homework to grade!. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your resume with experience that is highly respected in the field of education, and you'll be earning money in a flexible working environment - we offer after-school, weekend, and summer instructional hours.
The Opportunity: 
  • Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or a small group of up to 4 - if it is in one of our enrichment services contracts up to a maximum of 6 students
  • There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade.
  • Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer 
  •  Competitive hourly rate and paid training.

Requirements include: 
  •  A 4-year degree is required. 
  • Certification/license is a plus. 
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English
  •  All experience levels are welcome to apply – recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals.
