Huntington Learning Center - Laguna Niguel is Hiring a Program Administrator Near Laguna Niguel, CA

We are seeking a Program Assistant And Tutor to help our clients excel academically! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or group basis. As Program Assistant/Tutor, you will be focused on three key areas: 1) marketing and customer relations; 2) administration; and 3) tutoring. You will work as a Part-Time employee approximately 20-30 hours per week, and your key responsibilities will be to:
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director and Assistant Director to execute and manage the Center's operations.
  • Lead the team in meeting marketing and revenue, and operational goals for the Center. As such, marketing, outreach, and strong enrollment will be paramount.
  • Facilitate and conduct inquiries, student enrollments, and conferences with parents.
  • Help recruit, train, schedule, and supervise teachers.
  • Tutor students.
  • Monitor and track center performance, revenues, expenses, and fee collection.
  • Provide optimal customer service leading to student success and high retention rates.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, parent/teacher organizations and other school administrators.
  • Demonstrate a high level of staff morale and spirit.
  • Additional duties include: inventory and order supplies and academic material; ensure the cleanliness of the Center; etc.
Qualifications:
  • 4-yr degree a must.
  • Strong business acumen and 2-5 years of marketing and sales experience. Ideally, working experience with a Huntington Learning Center or other tutoring center.
  • Shows initiative
  • Leadership qualities with an enthusiastic, outgoing and team oriented personality.
  • Ability to work with students of all ages, and commitment to help children succeed academically. Teaching experience in a public education or tutoring center setting is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism
  • Outstanding communication, business, and computer skills.
  • Skills and experience on social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
