Summary:

The Automation Developer Analyst Lead provides the technical vision and direction within an automation application domain, capable of developing automation scripts and maintaining automation frameworks, as well as training members of the organization on technical criteria and Huntington automation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure all planning and execution of assigned QA work in Mobile channel is addressed on time without any escalations.

* Participate in assigned Scrum team,

* Understand QA scope , provide QA estimates and plan the tests

* Create Test cases/scripts (manual and automated)

* Execute Tests (manual and automated) on time

* Participate in release discussions and provide QA support as needed

* Understand existing Automation Framework and maintain it, automate regression tests and add value for optimization

* Provide hands on support in automation issues resolution and be a team player in ensuring Mobile QA Automation (UI & API) is successful

* Daily status reporting to leadership during Regression Testing or Functional Testing and ensure the release defects are tracked to closure

* Risks/Issues within team are communicated proactively to Immediate Manager and assist in tracking them to closure

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* 5 years of hands on experience in building automation scripts using Selenium, Java, Appium, Cucumber, Ruby for UI Automation

* 5 years of experience with industry standard testing/development, quality assurance methodologies, verification, and validation processes.

* 2 years of hands on experience in setting up and maintaining UI and API Automation frameworks

* 2 years of working experience Agile Methodology as Quality Assurance Automation Lea

* 2 years in Mainframe Database testing

* 2 years hands on experience in API Automation using Postman or Ready API

* 2 Years of hands on experience in Azure Dev Ops for Test Management and Defect Management . Any other test management tool also works.

* 1 year Mobile Testing experience

* Testing on Mobile devices (Android & iOS) in banking domain

Preferred Qualifications:

* Flexible to work in a dynamic environment and support QA work for production release in a timely manner

* No Severity 1 or Severity 2 defects leakage to production for the Mobile QA
