Huntingdon Valley Country Club is seeking a Beverage Captain. We are looking to hire an organized individual who will be responsible for all beverage related operations at a busy country club.

• Skills should include placing orders, taking inventory, menu planning.
• RAMP certification required, ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to meet with our vendors and the ability to drive revenue through beverage sales while closely controlling costs.
• Strong mixology skills
• Software training
• Industry trend awareness
• Commitment to cleanliness
• References are required
• Sommelier background is preferred
• Rate is $24/hour to start
• Flexible, part-time hours
