Summary of Position

We are looking for someone to join our event set up team. This includes setting up and breaking down corporate events, weddings, luncheons, presentations, etc. This position will be reporting to the Event Manager with the guidance of the Event Tech Team Lead.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of equipment closets
• Execution of floor plans
• Floor Plan orientation
• Table settings
• Table setting symmetry
• Buffet set up and take down (includes beverage stations)
• Upkeep of linen shelf
• Communicate availability to event manager

Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to lift over 25lbs.
• Must have viable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Positive moral
• Able to communicate appropriately with event host and clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
