Huntersville Ford is looking for a Automotive Service Department Scheduler. We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area. Our community trusts us, and our commitment to excellent customer service keeps our neighbors coming back.

Fulltime 40 hour work week: Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $30,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to the service department and schedule service appointments according to our guidelines
• Followup daily over the phone after each appointment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
• Following up after customers have left and following processes for declined service work, next Appt, and lost customers
• Send out coupons and other materials 
• Ask for and obtain online reviews
• Advise customers of maintenance recommendations for their vehicle
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
