RN Weekend Staffing Program - Premium Pay!Position SummaryProvides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence-based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.
Primary Position Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and Coordinate Total Patient Care
  • Documentation of Care
  • Maintain Professional Development
  • Education of patient and family
  • Patient Advocate
  • Maintain Patient Safety
QualificationsMinimum Education:Required:All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must be actively enrolled in a BSN program and and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date.
Required:Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):One year Med/Surg or related nursing experience.
Preferred:One year of Acute Care Emergency department experience
Required:License, Registry or Certification:Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification required upon hire.
Preferred:Medical-Surgical Nurse certification or related specialty certification. ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and CPI training within 6 months of hire. CPI training education provided by HMC.
Required:Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:Must complete Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 6 months of hire.
