Hunter's Creek Community Association is seeking a Gardener to assist our senior gardener in maintaining and enhancing the beautiful landscapes within our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior gardener in planting and maintaining annual flower beds throughout the community
• Help with planting and maintenance tasks in various other garden beds
• Perform regular watering, mulching, and fertilizing of planted areas
• Assist with pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance tasks
• Follow the senior gardener's instructions and maintain high standards of work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Report directly to the senior gardener and provide updates on work progress

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interest in gardening and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check (non-violent offenses may be considered)
• Reliable transportation to the job site (32837 zip code)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or related fields
• Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements
• Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment

Work Environment: The majority of the work will be performed outdoors in our private community, primarily in common areas, parks, and neighborhood entrances. The gardener will work closely with the senior gardener and report directly to them.
