The Product Management Intern will assist the product management team with market analysis, business case analysis, presentation building, and various other projects. The internship provides real-world experience evaluating business opportunities for a USA-based manufacturer that supplies products globally.

This is a paid internship, which offers the following schedule(s):

Intern Start Date: Summer (full-time) or Fall (full-time OR part-time)

Intern End Date: December 2024

What you will do:

  • Perform Market Research & Reporting on 1 or more of the following markets:
    • Global Heavy-Duty Market
    • Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Equipment Market
  • Support research & projects related to:
    • Product line simplification
    • Outsourcing of commodity items
    • Other Product Management-related projects
  • Support and assist with ad hoc special projects inclusive of:
    • Hands-on equipment setup and use
    • Hands-on testing

Additional Qualifications Include:

  • Major study in Business, Engineering Management, Technical Marketing, or similar degrees/experiences required.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data by distilling easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Office suite products effectively.
  • Understanding and interest in the automotive aftermarket space, preferred.
  • Hands-on mechanical proficiency preferred.
  • PowerBI experience preferred.
