Civil Designer / EIT 1 Years Experience

About Us

Hunter Engineering, a well respected, locally owned, civil engineering firm that has been in the valley for 20 years is seeking a full time civil EIT with a minimum 2 years experience in site development and design. Must be proficient with AutoCAD. Have the ability to draft drawings, layouts and sketches of engineering designs. Good working knowledge of construction documents including plan and profile work for site and utility projects. Ability to work independently under a designer or engineer. Must have excellent communication skills and follow drafting standards. Employees are offered an environment to learn and grow where up word mobility is encouraged and expected.

Minimum Requirements

• Civil Designer must have minimum 2-years experience in site development design
• Knowledge of construction documents including plans and profile work for site and utility projects
• Ability to draft / create drawings, layouts and sketches of engineering designs and follow drafting standards
• Willingness to be mentored by a fellow engineer
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player and self starter
