Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, sales expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets

- Maintain an attractive, clean and organized showroom environment (daily tidy-up, weekly cleaning).

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Client intake and scheduling

- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain its overall health.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a showroom or retail setting

- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Gmail), Apple products

- Experience with a CRM - specifically Salesforce apps a plus!

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
