Position: Logistics and Pricing Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday. 7:30AM – 4:00PM.

Annual Salary: Starting $60,000k per year.

Job Summary: The Logistics and Pricing Analyst is a highly skilled member of our team supporting Logistics and Customer Experience through the management and implementation of our pricing strategies, inventory strategies, and fleet strategies.

This role is responsible for data collection, data validation, dashboard creation, and overall data management for the business. Core focus of the role is around improving profitability of the company through these improved measures. Success is gauged by streamlining and improving processes to increase profitability.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collects and organizes specified data from various sources, which may include departmental heads and subject matter experts, surveys of reports and forecasts, personal observations, budgetary documentation, and other appropriate resources to maintain accuracy of price book
• Analyzes collected data for trends and outliers with an eye toward improving the company’s efficiency, profits, or other specified parameters
• Identifies potential strategies and offers suggestions to resolve issues identified by data analysis
• Creates detailed reports of data and analytical findings and clearly communicates them to management
• Creates and maintains department dashboards for performance monitoring and coaching
• Serves as Service Titan (CRM/WMS) Champion for the company
• Supports inventory management through data analysis and streamlined reporting
• Reports on Excess and Obsolescence inventory monthly in support of lean activities
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept with basic research methods
• Proficient Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and API’s Required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Mastery of basic math and statistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the company
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Service Titan or Similar CRM Experience Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related major required
• At least two years related experience required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Typically indoor office environment, and may be asked to work in the field to gather data.
