Who we want:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Lead to oversee nightly operations within our Facilities Team at SubTropolis, the world's largest underground business complex. The role involves managing a team of four full-time team members, focusing on the cleaning and maintenance of SubTropolis. The ideal candidate should excel in leadership, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate adaptability and resilience to tackle the unique, and often repetitive challenges of SubTropolis. All Facilities team members must join the Heavy Laborer’s Union 663 representing our Facilities team after 30 days of employment.
What you’ll do:
As the Night Lead in our Facilities Team at SubTropolis, you will lead nightly operations, emphasizing tasks crucial for maintaining the world's largest underground business complex, such as roadway and pillar painting, roadway machine sweeping, machine washing, and debris removal. Due to the nature of many tasks that take place during the night shift at SubTropolis, this position requires an ability to execute repetitive scopes of work for extended periods of time.
