Collections Representative
Call center collections representative entry level positions available for Law Firm in our Mesa office. Starting hourly pay $18.00 an hour with the ability to move up to $20.00 an hour within 6 months plus the opportunity for monthly bonuses! This position is responsible for collection on delinquent accounts while providing excellent consumer interaction.
The collections representative works with consumers delinquent accounts according to the Firm’s standard operating procedures and government regulations in order to achieve objectives by using negotiation skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
