What you’ll need to be our Civil Construction Division Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related equivalent field experience
• Senior-level Managerial experience in the construction or similar industry
• Advanced knowledge of finance, project management, and business strategy
• Proven experience in estimating large projects (10 million)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for building spreadsheets, graphs, and data points
• Strong understanding of soils & trenches
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation
• Takes the initiative to achieve results with a positive response to pressure

• Monitor and track division performance, including financial results, project success, and other key metrics
• Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable standards and best practices
