EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Intune, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, VMWare, Avaya IP Office, Rapid 7, and DUO is a plus. Highly skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems to identify solutions in a timely manner.
