Job Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company. The Shift Leader is considered a “Manager In Training”.

Qualifications and Skills

At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.

Interacting with guests, staff and management.

Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie’s in Arizona standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning.

Ensuring Team Members follow all Company safety policies.

Must have: 
Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver's License for 2 years
Proof of Current Insurance
