The Candidate and Responsibilities
The Senior Property Manager position is based out of Vancouver.Applicants for this position will be self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative and will possess strong interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail, and able to build trusting relationships. The candidate will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Real Estate and work in conjunction with Accounting, Development, Leasing, Development and Asset Management. The Senior Property Manager will be active in the following primary responsibilities both in an individual and team setting:

Our Compensation & Benefits Philosophy: The typical hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year. The actual offered salary may vary and will depend on individual experience, qualifications, and market conditions for the role. We are also pleased to offer the following benefits:
