Community overview & position summary:
The Porter & Jr. Service Technician is an integral part of the on-site Service Team who is responsible for monitoring the community grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance for all residents and visitors. Duties include maintaining curb appeal, sidewalks, common areas, and parking lots. Removes and bags trash from the interior and exterior of the community.
As a Humphrey Management Ambassador, the Junior Tech/Porter is required to keep the community aesthetically appealing.
The essential duties of the Porter/Jr. Tech are:
Under the direction of the Community Manager/Service Manager, the position is responsible for performing the duties required to provide adequate and efficient housekeeping functions, which assures the cleanliness of all building breezeways, stairways, and other public areas.
Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure communication with residents, visitors, and team members. Provides a high level of customer service.
