**Job Title: IT Support Technician**

**Location:** Utica, Rome, Syracuse, NY

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team, servicing the Utica, Rome, and Syracuse areas in New York. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, providing top-notch technical support and outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be involved in various physical and technical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

- Engage in physical activities related to moving and setting up PC equipment and running cables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring a positive customer service experience.

- Maintain accurate records of installations, issues, and solutions.

- Travel frequently to client sites within the Utica, Rome, and Syracuse areas to provide on-site support.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
