Transitioning from current HCM to Workday.
Experience with Workday Modules – HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, etc.
Experience in Workday Security, Integration, etc.
Strong AWS exp is needed as all these platforms are in AWS environment.
More of an AWS Solutions Architect with strong Workday exp
Development background will be helpful – no hands-on development work will be done.
Will be working with Application Teams to build interactions with Workday.
