Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This is a working position. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, with the shipping and receiving Department, also managing the physical processing department and coordinating plant operations with Chemical manufacturing Supervisor. This a leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Coordinate with management to procure necessary materials and supplies

-Coordinate with Chemical manufacturing Supervisor with day to day operations.
- Insure all personnel under their supervision obey company policies and regulations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse/physical manufacturing staff

Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory levels and conduct accurate inventory audits
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Familiarity with demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
