A day in the life of the Project Manager could include:
- Review, process, and oversee all assigned project work
- Create long-and-short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to timelines
- Initiate and monitor job budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts
- Work directly with our sales, design, production, and install teams to ensure project completion and success
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to include availability for work outside of normal business hours as required by management
- Prioritize timelines and goals according to requirements and expectations
- Experience in sign manufacturing, construction, or logistics industry preferred
- Must be able to manage fluid timelines and schedules
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage company and client expectations
- Skill to investigate and find the root cause of issues and follow through with corrective action
- Comfortable demanding excellence in self and team to ensure successful delivery of projects
