Humann Company is Hiring a Marketplace Advertising Analyst Near Hills, TX

We are GROWING here at HumanN, and we are looking for an awesome Marketplace Advertising Analyst to join the team!! This role will analyze the day to day performance of Amazon & Walmart Advertising campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and meet sales objectives. This role will own weekly reporting dashboards, and prepare slide decks for executive presentations, and reports in to the VP of Marketplaces

Responsibilities

  • Drive continued improvements in Marketplace demand system advertising efficiency, Analyze Opportunities for growth, using data driven decisions. Evaluate performance of different ad units, and AB test results.
  • Update daily Ad budget & performance within parameters set by the VP of Marketplaces. Look for improvements on daily & weekly trackers & reports.
  • Perform regular audits on search campaign set-up and performance. Work along side agency to perform a regular cadence of scrubbing negative keywords, and optimizing all campaigns for added performance. Coordinate performance audits for Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display & DSP performance.
  • Assist VP of Marketplace to Develop Sales Forecast. SKU Forecast & Budgeting & Business Planning. Create forecast modeling based on KPIs.
  • Assist agency with delivering weekly / monthly campaign reports
  • Create scenario planning for forecasting at the unit level based on incremental opportunities. Update forecasting
  • Track, report, and strategize ownership of SOV/SoS (Share of Search)
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze data to assist in the creation of business cases to VP & Director levels
  • Assist in creating trackers for creative performance
  • Support VP of Marketplaces in developing presentations for business reviews

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising platform
  • Expertise in using Excel or other data analysis platforms - manipulate and visualize campaign data.
  • Familiarity with key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Strong analytical thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw insights help optimize campaigns
  • Problem-solving: Skills to diagnose campaign performance issues and implement solutions to improve results.
  • Critical Thinking : Evaluate various campaign strategies and recommend the most effective approach based on data and market trends.
  • Understanding of e-commerce: Knowledge of the Amazon marketplace, customer behavior, and product trends.
  • Marketing and advertising principles: Grasp of marketing fundamentals like targeting, messaging, and branding within the context of Amazon advertising.
  • Communication skills: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like marketing, business, statistics, or data science preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce advertising, or data analysis.
  • Amazon-specific experience: Prior experience with Amazon Advertising platforms and campaigns is highly valued.
