Job Description

Provides processes support for Regulation E transaction dispute processing tasks such as researching customer account history, initiating disputes with the merchant, and ensuring compliance as defined by the regulations, and client specific procedures. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume research-oriented assignments.
