We are a professional cannabis dispensary that is currently looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join our wonderful team of bud tenders. We pride ourselves in customer service and making sure all patients/ customers leave with a smile.

We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others.

Budtending experience is required.

We need staff members who are ready to work immediately. It is important for all of our staff members to be supportive of each other and display positive energy at all times.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE EXPIRENCE.

-Valid CA identification

-Must have a passion for Cannabis

-Must have a passion for Customer Service

-Must be detail oriented and able to follow specific protocol

-Must be consistent and punctual

-Must be a friendly individual with an out-going personality

-Must be willing to learn about cannabis medicine in order to work with patients regarding their medical needs.

-Ability to work/stand for 5-6 hrs daily

-Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

-Ability to “be on time” and work under pressure

-Desire to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities:

-Learn company products, procedures, policies and rules

-Listen and work with patients to find necessary products for them

-Process patient transactions accurately and efficiently

-Assist with stocking of products in the store

-General housekeeping around store

-Perform additional duties assigned
