Medical Receptionist Job Description

Pay: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Shift and Schedule: Monday through Friday. No weekends

Humanitary Medical Center is looking for an experienced, bilingual (Spanish / English) and friendly Medical Receptionist that can work in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties: The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive.

· Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services

· Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Requirements:

· Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English.

· Experience working in a medical field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
