The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instrcution and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism ina clinical – based setting. The Behavior Technician will collect date on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst with clinical date and assessments as needed.

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required: Reliable transportation.
• Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
