Duties:
- Lead, plan, and direct all activities to ensure on-time, high-quality output
- Identify and address challenges before they impact production
- Hire, train, and develop your team members to reach their full potential
- Utilize your knowledge of CNC programs, machines, and tools to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- 10 years of hands-on machining experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent)
-5 years of supervisory experience and a passion for building and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
