The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home in 2024" is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for its Memory Support/Assisted Living team.
6am - 6pm Sunday - Tuesday $27-$35/hr. (DOE) New LPN/LVN Grads Always Welcome to Apply!
IMPORTANT NOTE/OPTION: There is opportunity to do an every-other week rotation with another nurse. Week 1 would be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Week 2 would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. This results in three days off one week, but FIVE days off the next!
Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Would HavePrior nursing experience in Memory Support working with Persons/Residents living with Dementia highly desirable
Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which applying
Current CPR certification
